Make your own ‘Joomchi’ collage to become part of the ‘Paper Pavillion’ Artwork, exhibited at GRAFT this Autumn and Winter.
Try basic Joomchi techniques: Select mulberry papers, practice tearing and cutting, apply friction and water, create a space for you, join in with others. Find out about Sandowns Town of Culture Pavillions - Origin, Curiosity, Wonder and Adaptation.
October Dates: Saturdays 10th & 17th - 10am-2pm Family friendly sessions start on the hour. Duration of participation is up to you. You may want to stay 20 or 50 mins. All welcome.
Thursday 29th - 6.30-8pm: Adults 1.5 hr session. Take some art time for yourself or bring a friend you’ve been meaning to catch up with.
Booking: The workshops are completely free and all materials are included, but booking is requested. Please book an individual space for each person in your group attending. Do contact us if you can not attend so we can offer your space to others.

Access: This workshop is held upstairs in the Old Pidgeon Loft. Many appologies, we do not currently have a lift to this area.
