Workshops & Classes
All workshop and class bookings are non-refundable in the event of non-attendance.

If you are unable to attend a session, refunds will only be issued if your place can be filled by another participant. In some cases, we may offer the option to transfer your booking to a future session, at our discretion.

We recommend notifying us as early as possible if you can no longer attend, to give the best chance of reallocating your place.

GRAFT Studios reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class. In this instance, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative date.

Courses (Multiple Sessions)
Where a course consists of multiple sessions, missed sessions are non-refundable and cannot be carried over to other dates.

Artwork Sales
Artwork sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on purchased artwork.

If an artwork is received in a damaged condition, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

By booking a class, workshop, or purchasing artwork from GRAFT Studios, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
