Chris Lines is a multidisciplinary artist and very experienced teacher. She trained as a Fine Artist in figurative sculpture and painting. Chris has specialised for many years in textile and fibre art, incorporating diverse image-making processes, including photography, print and dye.

Chris has travelled the world through invitations to teach and retains a practice in painting, drawing and mixed media; all of which contribute to her artistic output and the expression of her ideas. She has exhibited her work internationally and locally for many years in juried exhibitions, and her work has appeared in several publications.
